Polarographic Determination of Traces of Gold in Blood and Serum.
نویسنده
چکیده
A polarographic method for the determination of as little as 1 pig. of gold in blood and serum samples is described. The relative error is 2.1%. After the sample is dry ashed at 550#{176}, the gold is extracted into ether as the chloride, to separate it from interfering copper and iron. A polarogram of the gold sample is obtained in 2 M potassium hydroxide. The method should be applicable to the determination of gold in other biological samples containing interfering elements.

Development of electrochemical aptasensor based on gold nanorod and its application for detection of aflatoxin B1 in rice and blood serum sample
Aflatoxins are a group of fungal mycotoxins produced mainly by molds, e.g. Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus parasiticus. Among Aflatoxins, Aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) is the most toxic. Therefore, there is a prompt need for determination of AFB1 in food products. This paper reports an electrochemical aptasensor for accurate determination of AFB1, which was constructed by the using gold nanorod sensin...

In this study a novel method was developed to fabricate cadmium sulfide nanoparticles/multiwalled carbon nanotubes composite modified gold electrode (CdSNPs/MWCNTS/AuE) to measure trace amounts of norepinephrine(NE), indomethacin (IND), and uric acid (UA) simultaneously. Electrochemical investigations were carried out using cyclic voltammetry (CV), differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) and chron...
متن کاملCatalytic Determination of Traces of Tellurium (IV) Using the Reduction of Lauth’s Violet with Sodium Sulfide
A simple, rapid and sensitive method has been developed for determination of traces of tellurium (IV) (7.0-120.0 ng/ml) based on it’s catalytic effect on the reduction reaction of lauth’s violet by sulfide ion at pH 4.2. The reaction is monitored spectrophotometrically by measuring the decrease in absorbance of lauth’s viole at 600 nm by the fixed time method. The detection limit is 5.0 ng/ml a...
